Frequently Asked Questions(Posted: 2010-05-28)
I get a lot of emails from some of you who are interested in my photography. So I'll try to cover some of the most common questions that people have asked me over the last couple of months in this FAQ.
Do You Do TFP (Trade for Print)
The answer is: yes, I do. If you're a model, make-up-artist, photographer, etc. and would like to work with me please get in touch. I think TFP photo shoots are a great opportunity to meet other people, share ideas and techniques, and generally have a good time. Ultimately, we're all here to take some stunning photos, so why not help each other out?
How Can I Buy a Print
This should be very easy. Simply open up the photo that you are interested in and click on the small "Add to Basket" link underneath the photo. All photos that you have selected will be added to your shopping basket, which you can access by clicking on "Basket" on the top right hand corner. Once you're happy with the selected photos and quantities, simply use the Google Checkout button to proceed with your order. Google checkout allows you to pay with a great variety of different credit and debits cards.
Do I Have to Buy Photos Online
If I took photos at one of your events, you can usually buy the photo for a smaller price on the night, or buy them on this website. All prices include shipping and VAT. Of course this only applies to events, if we did a photo shoot together, we would have discussed prices before the shoot.
Do You Offer Private Albums
Yes I do. The albums that you can see online are non-private for everybody to look at. If you prefer not to have your photos not to be publicly available, we can arrange this. My website supports private albums, but if you don't want photos on the website at all, this is of course also possible. This is particularly important for baby portrait shots.
How Much Do You Charge
For event photo shoots in the London area I don't usually charge a setup fee because I am confident that your guests will like my photos and buy them on the night or on my website the day after your event. For private photo shoots, please get in touch, you may just have to pay for the prints!
I hope this helps to answer some of your questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions and comments!
